Over the six-week course within a small group setting, we’ll explore various aspects of photography and how it can serve as a profound outlet for self-discovery and reflection, helping to express your feelings in a non-verbal way. Each session will guide participants to connect with their emotions effectively in a safe and non-threatening way, allowing them to show their feelings safely, capturing their journey visually, and open up the doors to healing previously inaccessible areas of their life.
