Welcome to Finding the Light Therapeutic Photography. I'm passionate about harnessing the power of photography as a medium for healing. Situated in Dudley, I focus on supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, including those grappling with suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, and confidence issues. Through a carefully crafted six-week programme, I guide participants to explore mindfulness via photography, fostering a deeper connection with themselves and their emotions. My aim is to create a safe and nurturing environment where healing can occur through the lens of a camera, encouraging personal reflection and growth.
Photography serves as a transformative tool, allowing individuals to express their feelings and thoughts visually. I am committed to helping my clients navigate their personal journeys through creative expression. My therapeutic approach excels in engaging troubled teens and adults alike, providing practical strategies to cope with grief, anxiety, and mental health concerns.
